Welcome to LÖVI. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. Our aim is to make your shopping experience simple, supportive, and smooth — just like the cozy vibes we’re all about.
1. Products & Descriptions
At LÖVI, we create and curate soft, thoughtful lifestyle products that bring positivity into everyday routines.
Our collection includes pieces personally designed by us — like our super cozy fluffy dressing gown, habit-building journal, and EFT tapping affirmation cards — all made to encourage calm, confidence, and gentle mindset shifts.
We also offer affirmation mugs and apparel through trusted print-on-demand partners, as well as beautifully crafted wool slippers and hot water bottle covers from Shepherd of Sweden, chosen for their natural comfort and quality.
Everything we offer is made in small batches or printed to order, with the intention of helping you feel grounded, inspired, and at home — every single day.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payments are processed securely via Shopify using trusted third-party providers. Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We’ll follow up again with a shipping notification once your items are on their way.
3. Shipping
We currently ship within the UK only.
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5 working days.
- Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and order type.
- Some items — like mugs, apparel, and caps — are printed and shipped via our trusted partner Gelato and may arrive separately from the rest of your order.
- You’ll receive tracking info (when available) once your order is on its way.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We hope your LÖVI order brings calm, comfort, and a boost of joy. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
Print-on-Demand Products
(e.g., mugs, t-shirts, hoodies, caps — shipped from Gelato)
- These items are made to order, so we only offer replacements or refunds if the item is damaged or faulty.
- If there’s an issue, please email anna@lovi.uk within 7 days of receiving your order, and include clear photos of the damage.
Non-Print Items
(e.g., slippers, hot water bottle covers, tapping calendars, journals, dressing gowns)
- We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty.
To start a return or exchange, please email anna@lovi.uk with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll guide you from there.
